This old log cabin, when photographed in October, 2012 was to be moved from its Meech Lake location to the Hendrick Farm, near the Fairbairn Museum in Hendrick Park opposite the Wakefield covered Bridge on the east side of the Gatineau River. This shows the window on the north-facing front wall of the cabin. The tree is so close to the cabin that it actually touches the roof of the building.
