Kitigan Zibi’s annual Pow Wow - June 3, 2023
Members of the GVHS, the Historical Society of Ottawa, and friends enjoyed a wonderful excursion to the Kitigan Zibi Traditional Pow Wow. GVHS President Gilbert Whiteduck met with us to answer questions and explain the traditions around the annual traditional Pow Wow, which is held annually in keeping with the spirit of generosity and acceptance of all people.
