Answers
- Hellard Road. Many think the Kirk's Ferry Road was it.
- 1925-1928. They produced power three years after the dams were started.
- Thomas Brigham, son-in-law of Philemon Wright. He married Abigail, the third daughter.
- Over 2 billion yrs. Compared with the Rockies our hills have had so much more time to erode, and thus are less in height.
- A 1800. They came from Woburn, Massachusetts, with the Thomas Wright family (Philemon's older brother) the Allen and Choate families, plus others, including a black couple. Except for the last twosome the four mentioned families were intermarried.
- The Aluminum Company of Canada plant near Farm Point.
- Bear trap. The others are logging tools.
- Jeff's or (Jeff's) Lake. William Jeffs was the first settler thereed .
